BubbleShop Terms of Use

Article 1 — Purpose

BubbleShop is a free service that allows you, during a conversation with an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, or any other assistant integrating BubbleShop), to be connected with a partner business matching your need (quote, booking, appointment, order). These Terms of Use apply to any person using BubbleShop ("you", "the user").

BubbleShop is published by EM DISTRIBUTION, a French single-member limited liability company (EURL) registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Nanterre under number 833 545 924, 33 avenue Albert Petit, 92220 Bagneux, France.

Article 2 — How the Service Works

When you express a need matching one of the categories covered by BubbleShop, the AI assistant you are using may offer to connect you with a partner business. No introduction is made without your explicit request; your contact details are transmitted only after your confirmation.

BubbleShop selects, among the partners available for your need and geographic area, the one to which your request is transmitted. BubbleShop is neither the seller nor the provider of the products or services you order or book: the contractual relationship regarding your order or booking is formed directly between you and the partner.

Article 3 — Free of Charge, No Account Required

Using BubbleShop is entirely free for you. No account creation is required: your request is handled on a one-off basis, based solely on the information you choose to share during your conversation with the AI assistant.

Article 4 — Your Commitments

You agree to:

• provide only contact details (phone, email) that belong to you, or for which you have the consent of the person concerned;
• provide accurate information regarding your request;
• not use BubbleShop for fraudulent purposes, including generating fake requests or harming a partner business.

Any use contrary to these commitments may result in your request being rejected.

Article 5 — Liability

BubbleShop makes introductions, but does not take part in the negotiation or performance of the service between you and the partner. We cannot guarantee the availability, price, or quality of the service offered by a given partner. Any dispute regarding an order, booking, or appointment must be resolved directly with the partner concerned.

Article 6 — Personal Data

The processing of your data in connection with your use of BubbleShop is described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 7 — Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be amended at any time; the version in force is the one published on bubbleads.fr at the time you use the service.

Article 8 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall, absent an amicable resolution, be subject to the competent French courts.
